Our Home

Our apartment is very warm and comfortable. It belongs to a condominium. The building is just ten years old, so it has all the modern commodities you would expect.

There is one double bed, three single beds, and one double sofa bed.

There are two parking slots belonging to the apartment.

The building has a big swimming pool and a sports court for football, basketball, etc.

We will treat your house really well; we are very careful with everything, and especially with things which do not belong to us.

Also, we offer you any kind of help you may need for your trip to Madrid.

We are completely flexible regarding the dates for an exchange, with preference of school holidays from UK.


Our Neighbourhood

Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood called Sanchinarro, which is mainly populated by young families, and perfectly located for going into the city centre, which is ten kilometres away.

It has all kind of shops, two big hospitals, etc.

More about the neighbourhood

We are just five minutes' walk from various public transport facilities (metro, bus and train), which will get you to the city centre in fifteen minutes, to Chamartín Railway Station in five minutes, to Barajas Airport in five minutes, and to Atocha Railway Station in twenty minutes.

We are also very close to a bike trak that can get you to many places around Madrid.


About Us

We are a family of five (Dani, Maria, Ines, Mateo and Pablo).

We live in Madrid, where we have a beautiful house.

I (Dani) work at the Complutense University in Madrid, Ines and Mateo go to school, and Maria is taking care of Pablo, who is just five months old.
