Good-size three-bedroom townhouse, five minutes' walk from Sainte-Catherine Street in downtown Montreal.
One large bedroom with king-sized bed, two medium-size bedrooms with single beds, plus a queen-size bed in the basement studio.
The house is great for families, as our backyard opens directly on to a secluded city park.
In the back yard there is a large gas barbecue, a large table, and ten chairs.
There is a small but fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven.

Downtown is right nearby, including the new Quartier des Spectacles where all the big summer festivals are located.
Five minutes' walk in the other direction will take you to the Lachine Canal federal park area, with miles of bike paths and beautiful walks along the canal.
Fifteen minutes' walk down the canal will take you to Montreal's historic Old Harbour area.
Owner 1 is a tenured professor in Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University.
He is also a practising artist, with a number of solo and group exhibitions coming up over the next year.
He is originally from northern California, and lived in the Bay Area for fifteen years before moving to Montreal to be with Owner 2.
Owner 2 is an artist, working in digital, virtual and print media.
She works with Owner 1 on a research/creation project at their research studio at Concordia, as well as independently.
Her work has been on exhibition in various places around the world for the last ten years.
Son 1 is six years old, and just finishing Grade 1. He's generally quiet, and loves nothing better than to rope somebody into a game of cards or chess.
Son 2 is four years old. He's much more boisterous than his older brother, but, like him, quite well behaved.
