Situated in a quiet neighbourhood the house has unhindered views over Belfast Lough. Close to the M5 motorway, it has easy access to both the George Best City Airport and Belfast International Airport (25 mins). Belfast is approximately 5 miles away.

The North Coast including the Giants Causeway is accessible within an hour's drive, as are the Mourne Mountains.
A large variety of shops are located less than a mile from the house.

About Us

We are a married couple in our early fifties, with no children. We are both professionals involved in educational management and enjoy travelling We would like to do an exchange during July or August 2007 for about 3/4 weeks.
