The beach is 7 minutes walk via flat paths. Papamoa beach connects to Mount Maunganui to form a 15 kilometre stretch of beautiful all sand beach. The house has extensive north and west facing outdoor spaces. The house is surrounded with abundant bird life with Pokeko, duck, and herons in residence. Plus fantails and kookaburras.
4 bikes - 2 of which are e-bikes, two sets of golf clubs - Full BBQ.
Friendly neighbour where everybody knows each other so it's easy to find support or advice.
The house is wheel chair friendly.
Full central air conditioning and abundant insect screens to allow the house to be open but secure against bugs.
3 full umbrellas for the summer heat.
Outdoor seating for 20 plus people.

Our Neighbourhood SkiingGolfBeach

Papamoa is New Zealands fastest growing area, so the facilities are all new and to the highest NZ standards. Being surrounded by amazing lakes and reserves has not changed the quiet feel of the place, even with extensive tracks for walking and bike riding. Papamoa beach is a modest surf beach as are most New Zealand east coast beaches.

Supermarket, restaurants, pub, cinema and cafes are all within easy walking distance. Over the hills within an easy 45 minute is Rotorua (New Zealand's most visited tourist region). Hobbiton is just 45 minutes from Tauranga. Natural hot pools are at Mount Manganui. Bus stop is 2 minutes flat walk.
Two full sets of golf clubs are available and 7 courses are within easy drive. The North Island ski fields are within 2.5 hours drive.

Well traveled married couple in their 50s who are playing around the edges of semi retirement.
