A very comfortable 2400+ sq ft tri-level home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in a quiet subdivision in south Anchorage.

The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a fireplace and entertainment centre with cable plasma TV, DVD player and a Bose Wave Music System.

The uppermost level contains all bedrooms; master and spare bedroom have queen-size beds; the third bedroom serves as an office and has a single bed. We also have a rollaway bed that can be used.

We have two attached decks (upper and lower) in the back yard, which has numerous birch trees, a strawberry garden and raspberry patch.

Our heated two-car garage has a 2016 Subaru Outback wagon with navigation system and a 2002 Mazda pickup with bike rack, and two 21-speed mountain bikes.

There is a supermarket (Safeway) just half a mile away, and we're two miles from Anchorage's largest indoor shopping mall.

There are virtually hundreds of miles of biking and cross-country ski trails throughout Anchorage and the Chugach Mountains, just east of town, and Alyeska Ski Resort is only forty miles south.

Veterans can enjoy full use of the large joint Army-Air Force base only minutes away from us on the north side of town.

About Us

We are a retired couple in our early seventies; I was a petroleum geophysicist and Gail was a part-time yogafit instructor.
