Apartment in the 20th arrondissement, between Place Gambetta and Père Lachaise Cemetery (with the graves of Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde and Frédéric Chopin).
Metro line 3 is within easy reach, and there are many buses nearby that go all around the city.
The apartment is on the ground floor and faces a very calm and pleasant inner courtyard.
It comprises a kitchen (with microwave, fridge and washing machine), a living room/bedroom of approximately 14 m2, and a bathroom (with bathtub and shower).
Ideal for a single person or a young couple.
The neighbours are very nice, and we never had any problems with them whatsoever.
Above the apartment is a staircase, so it can get loud in it without disturbing anyone.
The inhabitants of the building, and in fact of the whole district, are very diverse and constantly changing: retired people, students, young artists and actors (just opposite the building is the Théâtre national de la Colline), etc.
Our names are Caroline and Georges. We are a French couple and both aged twenty-two.
Georges grew up in Lyon. He is a comedian, and also does a double undergraduate program at Sorbonne University in German and English Studies. He bought this apartment three days ago.
Caroline was born and raised in Montpellier.
She works in the cinema business, as a producer and script supervisor. She also pursues a theatre studies course in a drama school in Paris.
