Large, pleasant and spacious studio, 334 sq ft, located on the sixteenth floor of a luxury building with four elevators.

The building has twenty-four-hour security.

The neighbourhood is lively and pleasant, but the studio is very quiet.

There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The studio is bathed in light, thanks to a large bay window overlooking Paris.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, induction cook top, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Sleeps two. The sleeping area has a suspended double bed with a new memory foam mattress.

The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower, hair dryer and towels.

Closets for storage.

Linen, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Large screen TV and Wi-Fi.

The 15th arrondissement, a chic part of Paris.

Two hundred and fifty metres from the River Seine, and fifteen minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower.

Near Charles Michels metro stop on line 10, with direct trains to the Latin Quarter (takes twelve minutes).

There are also several bus lines nearby.
