Stone House In A Small Village In Catalonia
View all photos View map
Typical village stone house, spacious, bright and sunny.
Can accommodate five to eight people.
Highly recommended for those who want to get to know this region better.
Beautiful mountain landscapes, lovely excursions, great historical interest, near the Costa Brava, and direct bus to Barcelona and Girona.
Good food, good people, good weather. A good place!
Argelaguer is a quiet village of four hundred inhabitants, nice and not very touristy.
Less than twenty kilometres away you there are beautiful medieval villages, extraordinary landscapes and beech forests.
Just twenty kilometres away you will find Figueras, the home town of Dalà, and Girona, a beautiful medieval town.
Less than an hour away is the Costa Brava with many beaches for all tastes and needs, and just over an hour away is Barcelona.
We are a family of five, my husband, myself, and three boys aged eleven, nine and seven.
We love travelling very much, but we are self-employed and don't have very long holidays. Well, never mind! We love to see other places and other countries, and we love to do home exchanges, and have long experience of home swapping.
We are all (even the children) very clean and treat other people's belongings with great respect, and we are always good hosts.
We can offer our home for exchange (this property), and also another house next to the beach, if you so prefer.
