Our Home

My apartment is located in the centre of Lyon, in the heart of the Presqu'île.

It is easy to get to by bus or metro from the raiway station or the airport.

The apartment is in an old building, typical for Lyon, with parquet floors and high ceilings.

Most of the sights of the city are within walking distance.

I live in a street which is a bit away from the crowds, but the area is lively, with shops of all kinds nearby, and plenty of places to have a drink or a meal.

Three minutes' walk away there are metro stations and bus stops from which you can get anywhere in Lyon.

I share my apartment with Smoky, an adorable young cat, independent but very cuddly.

The region offers an incredible diversity of landscapes within just a couple of hours from Lyon: the mountain ranges, the lakes of Isère and Savoie, the vineyards of the Pierres Dorées region of Beaujolais, the historic and artistic heritage of towns like Pérouges and Vienne, and in the south a Mediterranean feeling with the Drôme, its lavender fields, and its dry stone villages.

This region certainly has something to suit every taste!


About Us

I am a kindergarten teacher, and I would like to make use of my school holidays to explore new destinations, while at the same time giving you a chance to discover my city and my neighbourhood.
