The apartment has a fully renovated eat-in kitchen fitted with an induction cook-top, an office with a large closet, and a living room.

The host is a few blocks away, and is available for help, questions and emergencies.

I'm Seva, a NYC-based events specialist. I'm an ordinary, normal and sane person, but I travel a lot, and generally spend most of my money on my vacations.

I'm an avid cyclist, and a big fan of live music.

My family lives here in NYC as well; I grew up here and have a big community of friends and acquaintances in the neighbourhood. I love New York and can't possibly think of ever leaving it for good.

My apartment here in Brooklyn is probably the nicest thing I have, and I'm slowly working on it, making improvements as my budget allows.

When I travel, I'm a considerate guest. I treat my hosts' places with the utmost respect and care, and I hope to see the same respect and care returned by my guests staying in my home.
