The apartment has the WOW factor, and it lies at the Mayfair end of Marylebone Village, an acclaimed residential and medical retail destination located within the heart of central London W1.

The village lies within the Howard de Walden Estate, and is carefully nurtured by the long-standing landlord.

It is home to Harley Street, home to state of the art medical centres and doctors, offering some of the best treatment in the world.

Marylebone celebrates tradition, and nostalgia too. David Penton and Son's hardware store have been on Marylebone High Street for 167 years and is still going strong. Quaint shops like this, and Daunt Books, create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

You can eat outside at a pavement café and watch the world go by, and enjoy the splendid architecture the area has to offer. If music is your thing, the Wigmore Hall concert venue is five minutes' walk away, and the Royal Academy of Music is fifteen minutes' walk away. If it is theatres, museums and galleries you want, some are within walking distance.

The location is perfect for a cultural holiday destination. The great stores of Oxford Street, including Selfridges, are all within walking distance. And two Royal parks lie to the north and south of the neighbourhood: Regent's Park and Hyde Park.
