Top floor apartment of 88 m2 with three balconies, in a top-notch edifice from 2003 where all the residents know each other and are good neighbours.

The apartment has views towards the north and the south, over water as well as over the leafy surroundings and the famous "DN building"

There is a generously proportioned kitchen which is the heart of our home, and outside which two of the balconies meet: perfect for barbecues and drinks!

The master bedroom has its own south-facing balcony, where you'll get most of the sunshine.

In the centre of the apartment is the living room with a three-seater bed sofa, two armchairs, TV and library (though most of the books are in Swedish).

There are two more rooms, one of which serves as a bedroom with a single bed and a baby cot, and the other as a study/office, with a piano, and a desk with a printer.


Our Neighbourhood

We live in Kungsholmen in the centre of Stockholm, one of the most sought-after locations in the city.

Kungsholmen has about 200 000 inhabitants and offers first-class shopping, great restaurants, and lovely parks.

The city's main railway station ("Centralstationen") is twenty-five minutes' walk away.

About Us

We are Carl, Julika and Dag. Dag is at the moment of composing this text nine weeks old.

Carl is a well known Swedish jazz piano player, musical director and composer.

Julika is a business development manager, working for the government-based company Stockholm Business Region.

More about us

Carl is thirty-six years old, and Julika thirty-two.

We are both social and kind hosts, and appreciate the same attitude from people we meet during our trips.
