Lovely fourth-floor apartment, 150 m2, a few minutes' walk from the sea, in a quiet residential area in Varkiza, a seaside suburb of Athens, which is half-an-hour's drive away.

The town centre and several lovely beaches with crystal clear water are just a few minutes away.

The famous Yabanaki Beach, with water activities such as surfing, water-skiing and sailing, is just three minutes' drive away.

Just ten minutes' drive away is the famous Lake Vouliagmeni with its therapeutic waters - an unforgetable experience!

Then back to Varkiza again, with its supermarkets, cafeterias, traditional Greek tavernas, pharmacies, bakeries, post office, and open-air cinemas.

About Us

For the last twenty-five years, my husband and I have been running a multi-conference in Athens called the Money Show.

This year we are planning to do it in New York during the first week of April, and this is the main reason why we want to stay in New York for almost a whole month.
