Our Neighbourhood Beach

Boca Grande is an old Florida community. The town has purposely not allowed high rise condominiums or fast food restaurants in order to preserve is old Florida charm.

There are restaurants and shopping in the small quaint village as well as a grocery and liquor store to supply tour needs.

The primary mode of transportation is by golf cart with many rental facilities available.

The beaches are pristine and uncrowded, and the Gulf waters are crystal clear.

I am sixty-eight and retired from a career as a real estate attorney and owner of title insurance and real estate settlement agencies.

I live in Tampa, Florida, and this is our holiday home.
