Our Home

Apartment, 120 m2, close to San Juan Beach in Alicante, and easily accommodating six people.

Kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great terrace of about 55 m2 that wraps around the south-west corner of the building.

It is on the twelfth floor of the building, with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains far away view in the distance.

The building has two lifts, and a private garden with swimming pool and garage.

There is always a warden or attendant on the premises, who can help you with any problems that you may have.


Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

The area is very touristy, but still very calm and peaceful.

It has good public transport facilities, including to Alicante Airport.

There are several shopping centres nearby, and in the surrounding area you can enjoy our villages, our culture, our food and our traditions.

About Us

We are five adults: two women (a French teacher and a doctor), a couple (an engineer and a chemistry teacher), and a young man of twenty-two (an engineering student), and we have done fifteen great exchanges so far.
