Our Home

We bought this home because of the amazing two hundred and forty degree view, and have been renovating it for the past three years.

It takes only twelve minutes to get to Tauranga city, an hour to Rotorua, and two hours to Taupo or Auckland.

The open plan lounge looks out over the Bay of Plenty, which is stunning day and night.

A new kitchen with island bench opens onto the dining area, which also looks out to the view.

Wide decks wrap around the north facing side of the house, giving plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Three bedrooms, all with queen or king size beds, and two of them with en-suite facilities.

We can offer a self contained apartment up stairs from our main home. This would be ideal if we were to do an exchange at different times of the year

Our Neighbourhood

Proximity to some of the North Island's best features is a huge advantage of being here.

Coromandel, Rotorua, Taupo, Ruahapahu and Auckland can all be visited within 1 to 2-1/2hours.

About Us

We are a couple that have recently sold our business after sixteen years.

We have four adult children, one in England and the rest in New Zealand.

We have high standards with regards to our own property and anybody else's.

More about us

We have been lucky enough to travel to some exotic locations, and are planning to travel even more now that we have time without the tie of a business.
