The complex is situated in the second line from the sea, in the north-western part of the resort, just ten minutes' walk from a superb beach (with free and paid areas).

The apartment has two balconies.

All the amenities of the Cascadas complex are freely available to the residents.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

The beach is about eight kilometres long, and is covered with fine golden-yellow sand.

In the southern part of the resort there are natural sand dunes, the most beautiful on the coast.

A variety of activities are available: water park, water skiing, water slides, sailing, scooters, jets, fishing, boating and yachting, beach volleyball, tennis courts, windsurfing, rowing and swimming.


About Us

We are a friendly Russian family consisting of forty-two-year-old parents and two children aged eleven and nine.

The wife is a school teacher, and the husband is a manager in the IT technology field.

We would like to swap houses for two weeks to two months during the summer holiday period.

We have an apartment in Sunny Beach (Slanchev Bryag) in Bulgaria.

We would be interested in exchanging with the sea coast of Spain, Italy, Greece or Malta, and will consider any offers.

We would also be willing to rent.
