Beautiful, bright, clean and comfortable house in the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The house is ranch style with a total of three bedrooms and one office.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

In the middle of the house is a large open-plan area where the dining area and living area form one large room.

Both the office and the sunroom have doors to the beautiful backyard.

The kitchen has two big bay windows and is connected to the dining room.

The house is very warm, and there is plenty of firewood.

We are located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula about eighteen miles from Los Angeles International Airport, thirty minutes from downtown Los Angeles, and forty-five minutes from Disneyland in good traffic.

Nearby attractions within ten miles include boats to Catalina Island, incredible tide pools and sea caves, Ports O'Call Village, Portuguese Bend, seaside hiking and biking trails, a whale interpretive centre, and Terranea Resort.

The house is five miles (ten minutes) from Terranea resort; eight miles (forteen minutes) from Donald Trump National Golf Course; three miles (five minutes) from Las Verdes Golf Course; six and a half miles (twelve minutes) from Wayfarer Chapel; and two and a half miles from La Venta Inn.

There are transit bus stations within three minutes of our home, and there are shopping and dining facilities within walking distance (half a mile).
