Three-bedroom apartment of approximately 150 m2.

Sleeps up to six or seven people, with two queen size beds, a bunk bed and a toddler's bed.

Fully equipped, with air conditioning, internet TV and high-speed WiFi.

Our Neighbourhood

The apartment is situated on the edge of the financial district, close to Lujiazui's ultra modern skyscrapers, the most stunning group of high-rises in the world, and the well manicured central green.

An easy walk towards the south will bring you to a variety of restaurants and eateries featuring local and international flavours.

More about the neighbourhood

The compound is right next to a brand-new mega mall, but also enjoys the safety and serenity of an enclosed and well-managed condominium.

There are three underground train stations six to ten minutes' walk away, and bus stops three to four minutes away.

A few stops away on the west bank you will find a wider selection of restaurants as well as theatres and museums, and you can explore the Bund, the waterfront area in the centre of the city, and the tree lined streets of the French Concession for a feeling of the history of the metropolis that was dubbed "Paris of the East"

The pleasant six-kilometre river-front walk is also within easy strolling distance. We regularly walk there to go jogging, or to take the children rollerblading or cycling.

About Us

Dake is a banking technology specialist and Mich is an educator.

We are well travelled, and have lived in New Zealand, Taiwan and Singapore.

Our daughter Sophie is six years old, and our son Tim is four.

More about us

Sophie is in primary school Grade 1, and we would like to bring them to Australia and/or New Zealand during July/August 2017 for an overseas experience.
