Cosy recent apartment in downtown Quebec city (the Saint-Roch neighbourhood in the borough of La Cité), fifteen to twenty minutes' walk from the historic Old Town.

Close to a lively commercial street, but just far enough from it to enjoy a calm atmosphere.

Located at the first (ground) floor, there are two bedrooms (one set up for a kid), an open-plan style kitchen-living room, and a garden with a barbecue, a hammock and a vegetable garden.

The couch in the living room can become a bed.

The apartment has a warm atmosphere, as it is partly built in wood.


Our Neighbourhood

Saint Joseph street is a revitalized commercial street in the Saint-Roch neighbourhood. It is only two minutes' walk from the apartment, and it's filled with restaurants, pubs, clothes shops, microbreweries (craft beer) and cafés.

More about the neighbourhood

There are two grocery stores eight to twelve minutes' walk away in this street, which used to be the main street of Quebec City.

Just south of Saint-Roch is the Upper Town and the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood, another lively district, full of wonderful shops and pubs.

Nearby, to the east, is the walled Old Town, with its distinctive ‘Nouvelle France' architecture and well preserved gems.

And finally there is the the Old Port, which is fifteen minutes' walk away. Its market is open all the year round, there are festivals in the summer, and impressive cruise ships come to visit in the fall.


About Us

We are a young multinational family! My girlfriend comes from Germany and France, I'm from Quebec, and our child is thus Canadian-Franco-German.

We are in our thirties, and our son Lukas is fifteen months old.

We are easy-going people who treat other people's property with great respect.
