Ideally I am looking for a home swap for two to three weeks with Berlin. I am planning to move there, and thought it would be a good way to find out if I like it.

I'm looking for any time between January 15th - February 15th. If this fits into your plans, let me know.

This home is also available from 15th December, so if we don't manage to do a direct swap, perhaps we can arrange it another way; anyway, if interested, please get in touch.

The apartment is in Roca Llisa, a beautiful urbanisation that has security gates, and most properties here are very modern and bright.

The beach is super-close, and there is also a great golf course just next door.

Ten minutes' drive to Ibiza Town and Santa Eulària des Riu, both great locations for all your needs.
