We live in Taastrup, three minutes' walk from trains that get to Copenhagen in twenty minutes.

Our home is located in a cobblestone street lined with cafés and boutiques.

Our backyard has apple trees from which you can pick fresh apples.

Our two-bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need, including WiFi, intercom-controlled entrance door, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, juicer, blender, rice cooker, food processor and two adult-size bikes.

In addition to the convenience of the trains that run all day and all night, there is a bus station four minutes away from which you can easily get to more local destinations.

We also have bikes which you are welcome to use.

Taastrup is twenty minutes outside central Copenhagen.

Our home is located on the main street, a cobblestone street lined with trees, cafés and boutiques.

This area has a perfect balance of convenience and nature, as we have a lake and parks in addition to everything you need on the main street: stores, restaurants and pharmacies.

Roskilde is also easily accessible by train, and local facilities include shopping mall, cinema and IKEA.


About Us

We are a teaching couple.

Jonathan is an artist and an art and ESL teacher from New York who has lived in Denmark since 2002.

Jennifer is a musician and music teacher from Chicago who has lived in Denmark since 2014.

We love travelling and find Copenhagen to be a great base to live in between our adventures around Europe.
