Comfortable apartment in the centre of the city, less than five minutes' walk from the beach.

The area is a world-famous cultural and gastronomical hot spot.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

This is a high-class gastronomic area, and this neighbourhood is the best place in the city to taste the local "pintxos" Besides, the city has the highest density of Michelin stars in the world.

It is a lively area, with many cafés and pubs with terraces, street performances, local traditional events etc.

More about the neighbourhood

The neighbourhood has a large variety of supermarkets and organic food stores as well as clothing retailers and souvenir shops, and there is a local farmers' and crafts market just in front of the apartment.

Our home is located between the city's two beaches. One of these is great for surfing and sports, and the other, called La Concha, is considered to be one of the most beautiful bays of Spain.


About Us

We are Nekane and Loà¯c, a young couple who have been living in San Sebastian for the last ten years.

Nekane is thirty-three years old, and she is Basque. She is a pharmacist, and has lots of hobbies, including piano playing, reading, and history.

More about us

Loà¯c is thirty-nine years old, and he is French, but has been living in Spain for a long time. He is a freelance web designer and a local councillor. He practices fencing and volleyball and plays music in his free time.

We have both travelled a lot in the past, and now we would like to try home exchanging.
