Our Home

Although the home is not large it is extremely comfortable with lots of natural light. The kitchen and dining room are my favourite spaces.

The master bedroom is big with large skylights and a space large enough for two people to stretch or do yoga.

The additional bedroom upstairs is big with one queen size bed and an alcove which has a futon. It also has space enough to stretch. The main floor bedroom is smallish.


Our Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is close to a major park, and there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops thirteen minutes' walk away.

The downtown core is only seventeen minutes away and is available by transit or a $20 taxi.

More about the neighbourhood

The north shore trails and local ski hills are only eighteen minutes' drive away, or are accessible by local transit.

Whistler is eighty-five minutes' drive from our doorstep. But if mountain biking is your thing, Squamish is only forty-five minutes away.


About Us

Joanne and I are extensive travellers and know the value of a good home base.

We love to cook, dine and drink wine. I enjoy beer, but I have still not managed to convince Joanne that hops are better than tea leaves.

We enjoy the outdoors but also attend many artistic events - dance, theatre, concerts.

More about us

We travel to see new cultures and learn about the differences in our world.

Meeting new people who can relate their community to us is the ultimate bonus.
