Cosy little condo in a quiet neighbourhood fifteen to twenty minutes' walk from the centre of Quebec City.

Two blocks from supermarket, drugstore and small local businesses on 3rd Avenue (restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, butcher's shop, etc).

The apartment has a renovated, fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom (there are actually two, but we use the second one for storage).

There is a large TV, but no cable connection for it (but you can plug in your laptop with an HDMI cable).

There is a front patio and a parking space.

In the summer you can go biking and hiking, and in the winter you can go skiing. The ski resorts of Stoneham and Le Relais are twenty-five minutes' drive away, and the bigger Mont-Sainte-Anne ski resort is forty-five minutes' drive away.

About Us

We are Lee-Manuel and Ariane, a young couple going to Australia for a year.

Lee-Manuel is a media manager, and Ariane is an accountant.

We are both non-smokers, sport enthusiasts (trail runners!), and nature lovers.

We need to improve our English, and we thought that doing this journey would be good for this.

More about us

Ariane has applied for a one-year visa to work as a CPA accountant, while Lee-Manuel will be working in the internet (he already works from home here in Canada).
