Our house is typical for the south of France, with shadowed terraces and a private swimming pool, the best place to be in the summer!

Our home is very close to the local village, where you can find bakers, butchers, a post office, doctors, a chemist, small supermarkets, cafés and restaurants etc, as well as playgrounds for kids, and a skate park - anything you need, actually - and there is a tourist office as well.

Our Neighbourhood

Fontvieille is a typical Provençal village. It is close to Arles (the Roman city), les Baux-de-Provence and Tarascon (medieval towns with impressive castles), Avignon (with its famous theatre festival), the Camargue, the Pont du Gard, etc.

It is in the heart of the area where Vincent van Gogh painted most of his famous pictures (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles, etc).

About Us

We are a couple in our fifties.

Bernard is teaching sport, and Marie is a secretary.

We have three sons, but only the youngest (fourteen years old) is still living with us. And this year, we'll travel just the two of us!

We've already done five successful swaps (three in France and two abroad).
