Our Home
Great holiday home ten minutes from the sea and close to the river Rance, where you can go swimming, or walk along the beautiful footpath.
A pretty, typically Breton terraced house, with calm and friendly neighbours.
Sleeps six people comfortably, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets.
The garden is lovely for a barbecue, and children can play safely outside.
Nearby Dinard has a daily market and a magnificent beach.
Fifteen minutes from Saint-Malo where you can enjoy a glass of cider while watching the sea,
Dinan and its fortifications is also well worth seeing, and you can take a boat tour there on the river Rance.
Mont Saint-Michel, forty-five minutes away, is amazing.
You are welcome to use our two bikes to get around our beautiful region more easily and explore Brittany to your heart's delight!
Our Neighbourhood
Pleurtuit is close to Dinard, Saint-Malo and Dinan, and you are also close to the river Rance, where you can go hiking or canoeing, or laze on the nice beaches, or take a swim.
We are ten minutes from the well-known seaside resorts Dinard, Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire.
There are many local markets where you can discover our regional products, like the traditional Breton crepes.
Dinan, fifteen minutes away, is a beautiful medieval city which is well worth exploring.
There are lovely bike paths near the house which will take you to Dinard and Dinan.
We are also just forty-five minutes from the medieval Mont Saint-Michel which is famous worldwide.
And there are many activities for children: the aquarium at Saint-Malo, boat tours, sailing schools, etc, etc.
About Us
We are a couple aged forty-seven and fifty-seven.
We love exploring, and would like to share our passion for the beautiful Brittany region where we have bought a nice holiday house where we spend quality time with our friends and good wine!
We are open to offers, and we will treat your property with great respect.
The exchange does not need to be simultaneous, and for people who come from further away we can offer a small car.
