Two and half hours' drive from Canberra, the nation's capital.
Beautiful walks to cafés and a small shopping centre.
Numerous beaches along this temperate coastline.
Great day trips.
A perfect environment for those seeking a relaxing seaside sojourn, with access to some of southern Australia's most beautiful beaches.
We are a 'not quite retired' couple. We both work in education. Ian is sixty-two, and Brenda is sixty.
Brenda's parents were Scottish, and she has visited the country many times. We would both like the opportunity to live there for a month or so. We particularly like the possibilities of the west coast and its proximity to the Islands.
We also like the possibility of the east coast around St Andrews. We would prefer a house with water views or a rural aspect.
Billiga is our holiday house. We live most of the time in rural New South Wales. We enjoy old houses and rural environments.
We are also open to other rural or seaside locations throughout Britain.
