Four-bedroom family home in a fantastic location overlooking river and urban park, in an excellent quiet neighbourhood but just fifteen minutes from Dublin city centre.

Close to all urban amenities and public transport, and only fifteen minutes' drive from the Dublin Mountains.

We also have three-bedroom holiday home beside a beach on the west coast of Ireland, near Dingle, Co. Kerry, one of Ireland's best tourist towns with a whole range of tourism activities - outdoor, sea based and indoor.


Our Neighbourhood

A beautiful inner-suburb with all amenities on the doorstep.

The house overlooks a wildlife sanctuary river (the River Dodder), with a series of local parks.

More about the neighbourhood

There's a range of shops, pubs, restaurants within five minutes' walk, but all the attractions of Dublin city centre are just a fifteen-minute cycle or bus/tram ride away.

Equally, the Dublin Mountains and the sea are within easy range (twenty minutes by car).

Our second home is fifty metres from a beautiful beach (Wine Strand) on Smerwick Harbour on the Dingle Peninsula - one of Ireland's premier holiday destinations.

Ideally we would swap with a family which could equally offer a two-location holiday - city and rural.


About Us

We are a family of five, with two adults and three school age children, two girls aged sixteen and ten and a boy aged fifteen.

My wife and I both work full time.
