Our Neighbourhood Beach

The apartment is located in the higher regions of Barcelona, just a few steps from one of the most emblematic neighbourhoods, Barrio de Gràcia.

There you will find traditional restaurants, tapas bars, and the Cinema Verdi - a real haunt for cinema lovers!

Furthermore, there are many supermarkets nearby, and a big park called Parc del Guinardó.

The wonderful Park Gà¼ell, designed by the famous architect Antonio Gaudà­, is within walking distance, and we are just fifteen minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia basilica, Gaudà­'s most outstanding achievement.

The local transport links are excellent, and you can get to the apartment by bus or metro (five stops from the city centre on L4, the yellow line). The metro station is just a hundred metres from the apartment.

We are Miguel (30) and Iratxe (34).

We both work in illustration and graphic design for publishing houses and studios, so if you need an extra place for working you could use our two studio rooms.

We are calm, respectful, and responsible. We love art and culture, seeing new places and meeting kind people.

We travel a lot, and we like to share our space with other people who want everything close by and appreciate a neat and tidy apartment.
