Condo with one bedroom and one and a half bathroom in downtown Sosàºa,
Dominician Republic.
The nearest airport is Puerta Plata.
No need for car; you can walk to everything, including restaurants and bars, beaches, and grocery store.
The complex is called Garden Condos, and it is beautiful, with amazing gardens.
There is twenty-four hour security, and you only have to pay for your electricity, everything else is included.

We are a couple from Canada with a condo in the Dominican Republic, and we would love to do a swap with another Caribbean island - a studio or a one bedroom condo would be fine!
