Dublin 14 is a very desirable neighbourhood, with the most exclusive golf courses and excellent transport links.
It has excellent shopping at Dundrum town centre, and some bargain shopping at Nutgrove shopping centre.
It is well located for exploring Dublin city, being just seven minutes from the city centre (St Stephen's Green) by Luas light rail.
There are some lovely pubs in the area, as well as historic sights such as Rathfarnham Castle and Marley Park and Marley House.
The great Saturday and Sunday markets in Marley Park are well worth visiting.
