Second home, 600 sq ft, on the eighth floor of a small building with elevators and a twenty-four-hour doorman.

It has a kitchen, a dining room, a "reading and music room" with a sofa that can be transformed into two single beds, a bedroom (with air-conditioning and a double bed) with an adjacent complete bathroom, a separate toilet, and a service area.

There are open views from all the windows of the apartment.

Since the apartment is a second home, the exchange needs not be simultaneous.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

The apartment is located in the residential area of Gavea, one mile from the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema and from the beautiful Botanical Garden.

Right opposite the building there is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery.

More about the neighbourhood

Twenty yards away there is a taxi rank and a bus stop (for bus lines to the beaches, the botanical garden and downtown).

Half a mile away there is a nice shopping centre and an excellent, large supermarket.
