Our Home

Spacious house built in 2011, available for exchange or rental.

This is our main home, so it is fully equipped with everything you need.

It is located in the town of Baden (between Vannes and Auray), at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small estate consisting of just four houses.

Downstairs: Kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, bathroom, toilet and garage.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The 1,000 m2 garden has a swing and a trampoline, and a 4.5 metre freestanding swimming pool.

We are close to àŽle-aux-Moines and Toulindac and all the wonderful sailing and water sports facilities of the Gulf of Morbihan.

We have an adorable cat, as well as four chickens and a fish pond.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

Toulindac with its beach and water sports facilities is within walking distance, and you can easily get to the islands in the Gulf of Morbihan by boat.

There are lots of pretty towns and villages within a few kilometers (Vannes, Saint-Goustan, Rochefort-en-Terre, etc), and there are lovely markets every day of the week.

There are several large sandy beaches within half-an-hour's drive (Erdeven, Quiberon) which offer many more activities besides swimming (bodyboarding, surfing, kitesurfing, yachting, horse riding).

So our home is a calm, peaceful and central starting point for all kinds of activities!


About Us

We are a couple in our early forties, with two children, a boy and a girl, aged seven and eight.

I work in a secondary school, and my husband is a computer specialist.

I think we are simple, uncomplicated and friendly people!
