Modern, just renovated two-bedroom apartment, 100 m2, on the top (seventh) floor, with views over the city, the market place and the church.

Central location, close to everything, but nevertheless private and peaceful.

There is a sauna in the building, and a new public swimming pool which is like a modern spa just a kilometre away.

We are also just a kilometre from the city's central park, where you can go skiing in the winter.

A non-simultaneous exchange would also be possible, so if you come to us around Christmas for instance, we would be able to come to you sometime between January and March.

A car is available.

Summer in Finland: there are no words to describe it - it's just simply "supernatural"!

In the winter, however, you can either go skiing or enjoy the local attractions like museums and events of various kinds, the Alvar Aalto architecture, or going for walks in minus twenty-five degree temperatures - but it's a dry cold, so you don't really feel it!


About Us

We are Sakari and Seija, both in our sixties and retired, and now always spending the winter half-year in Spain.

Before our retirement, Sakari was an engineer, university lecturer and property manager, and Seija was a hair dresser.

More about us

We are keen explorers always enjoying new vistas, and we would like a chance to spend a month or two somewhere different this winter.
