Very sunny and quiet one-bedroom apartment with private terrace in El Born, a very central and trendy neighbourhood in the heart of Ciutat Vella, the Old City in Barcelona, near the Picasso Museum, and just ten minutes' walk from the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom windows overlook the courtyard of the Picasso Museum.
The apartment is on the fifth floor without a lift, but once you are up there you feel as if you are in a separate little house all on its own, on top of everything! :-).

We are Agnes and Robert. I am French and Robert is English, and we are moving to London for work reasons.
The apartment in Barcelona is available for simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange or for rental as from December 1st 2013, and we also have a house in Marseilles which is available for exchange or rental as from October 5th 2013.
