Brand new three-bedroom light filled apartment in central London, on the sixth (top) floor of a brand new development.

Floor to ceiling windows give fantastic views over a wide area of London.

Our Neighbourhood

A central location south of the River Thames.

Five minutes' walk to Borough tube station (zone 1, Northern Line), and fifteen minutes' walk to London Bridge station (tube and train).

The famous Borough Market and the River Thames are also around fifteen minutes' walk away.

More about the neighbourhood

You can be in the City of London or Soho in less than thirty minutes on foot, so you won't need to use public transport that much.

Despite the urban location it's relatively quiet and green, with lots of open spaces for kids to play nearby.

The immediate area is changing fast, with lots of regeneration and new building - very exciting!

Catherine is a civil Department for Transport, and at the moment Damion is staying at home to look after our 6 year old son Danny and 3 year old daughter, Bethan

We are looking for an exchange In summer 2018 to France or perhaps Italy or Spain, with a preference for a home by the sea and or with a pool.
