Spacious, cosy three-bedroom apartment, 95 m2, in the centre of Nice.

Great for a family, just fifteen minutes' walk from the beaches and the Old Town, or 5 min with the tram.

1 dining room + 1 separate living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa for two, + 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another bedroom with 2 single beds. All with wooden floor.

Large, separate kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven etc.

Small bathroom with shower.

Separate toilet.

Two balconies: one facing north and one facing south, with sun in the apartment all day.

On the third floor without a lift.

High ceilings, which gives the apartment a lot of charm.


Our Neighbourhood Beach

There is a tram stop at Liberation, two minutes' walk from the apartment, and the tram takes only five minutes to Place Masséna, the Old Town and the beaches.

The train station 'Nice Ville' is 10 minutes away walking.

More about the neighbourhood

There are many restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries and shops near the apartment, as well as two small supermarkets.

The area is great to live in, with a Provençal market with fruit and vegetables every morning, just two minutes' walk from us.

A lively, bustling area, but still peaceful!


About Us

We are a family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 5.

I work as an Office Manager in a marketing company and my husband works as an accountant.

We both like travelling and are open to any destination.

Our children are well behaved; we are non-smokers and have no pets.
