Single-storey house with swimming pool, nestled in the hills ten kilometres from Avignon.

Built of wood, and well insulated.

The decor of the house is simple but pleasant, and the surrounding grounds are kept in their natural state.

Open-plan kitchen/living room (40 m2), office, three bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room and two toilets.

The house is surrounded by several acres of scrubland, where we have also built a swimming pool.

The surrounding area is quiet without being isolated: there are people living nearby, but we are not overlooked.

Access to the house is via a five hundred metres long dirt road and an automatic gate.


Our Neighbourhood GolfBeach

Avignon is the nearest town (ten minutes), and there are many other interesting places too within easy reach.

We are fifteen kilometres from the famous Pont du Gard, and one hour's drive from the sea and the camargue, as well as from Marseille and Montpellier.

The Rhône valley vineyards are also nearby (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Tavel etc).


About Us

We are a family of four: Eric, an independent consultant, Mary, a social worker, and our children Léa and Mathias, who are both still at school.

We have a furry companion, a lovely, well-behaved dog who can either travel with us or stay with you if you so wish.

More about us

It will depend on the dates of the exchange if our children come with us or not.

We would like to explore new and different places, and we promise to look after your home in the best possible way, just as you would do with ours.
