New house, three kilometres from all amenities (supermarket, bakery, post office, bar, pharmacy etc), between Quimper and Concarneau, ten minutes from the beaches.

Downstairs: Open-plan kitchen-living room (25 m2), office, and master bedroom.

Upstairs: Four bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, with access to the terrace from each bedroom.

We haven't even moved in yet, but we will have done so by March 2012, since the house is now almost finished.

The photos I have put up so far show the unfinished house, but I will update them by and by.

About Us

We are a family of four: Sebastien, Géraldine, Lilou (3 years) and Timothée (11 months).

We did our first and very successful home exchange in 2010, with Normandy, and we would now like to do another one in 2012 with our new home.

More about us

We much prefer home exchanging to staying in a hotel or holiday complex without charm and without soul.

It is also nice to visit places which are new to us, relying on the good advice of our exchange partners as to what to do and what to see.

And of course we always treat other people's property with great respect, and leave it in the same good state that we found it.
