Three-story town house with two to three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a brand new subdivision in the North Region of Orlando.

The subdivision is in the village of Winter Springs, in walking distance from downtown, with grocery store and small shops and restaurants.

There is a gym and a swimming pool.

Access to Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks is trough the Interstate 4 highway, four to five miles away.

Downtown Orlando; Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Lego World, and the many other theme parks of Orlando.

We are semi-retired couple in our sixties.

We have travelled a lot for the last couple years, especially in Europe (Italy and France).
