I would like to exchange my apartment, located in the centre of Prague, in an old house from the beginning of the twentieth century.

The house itself as well as the apartment was completely reconstructed in 2008.

The apartment is on the fourth and fifth floor, with the lift.

The apartment can sleep up to three people; there is a sleeping area for two, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

In the apartment, you will find everything you need, just as if you were in your own home! :o)

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, washing machine and clothes dryer.


Our Neighbourhood

The house is very conveniently located in the central district of Nove Mesto – New Town (search in Wikipedia: New Town Prague), in the area between the Charles Bridge and Vysehrad (search in Wikipedia: Vysehrad).

More about the neighbourhood

It is about fifteen minutes' walk (or eight minutes by public transport) from the pedestrianized zones of the city centre.

There are three tram stops and a metro station, restaurants, cafés, bars, and a Tesco store, all within two to four minutes' walking distance.
