Our Home

Contemporary home, 150 m2, completed in July 2009 and set in 1000 m2 of lawn, with a 8m x 4m swimming-pool.

Located in Epagny (Haute-Savoie), ten minutes from Annecy and its lake, and three minutes from the nearest tollbooth on the A41 motorway.

Our Neighbourhood

Epagny is a small community of 4,000 inhabitants, three minutes from the big shopping centre "Grand Epagny", and five kilometres north-west of Annecy.

More about the neighbourhood

Annecy is the capital of Haute-Savoie, and is located on the shores of the lake with the same name, which is said to be the purest in Europe, and which has two beaches with free access for the general public.

There are also several other beaches around the lake.

There is a level bike track which is more than thirty kilometres long and leads to Faverges, and which passes several of these beaches.

The lake is surrounded by several mountains, and there is an all-season resort called "Le Semnoz", twenty kilometres from Annecy.

During the summer season there are many festivals, of which the traditional "Fête du Lac" ("The Feast of the Lake") takes place the first Saturday in August each year.

Thanks to the A41 motorway, you can get from Annecy to Geneva, forty kilometres away, in thirty minutes.

Grenoble and Lyon are a hundred and twenty kilometres away.
