1900 sq. ft. multi-level property with 3 bedrooms.
We are a family of three, and we use two of the bedrooms and the upstairs as an office area.

Rockwall is just twenty-three miles from downtown Dallas, on a major highway, and accesses all the cool night life and cultural scene of the metroplex with a quick drive.
We are five minutes from a resort harbor area with cinemas and shopping.

For someone wanting to experience Dallas and all the surrounding areas, this is a prime location with a safe small town feeling, yet with direct access to one of the nicest cities in Texas.
