Large House In Bush Setting
Our Home
Our house is a colonial-style four-bedroom house with a a study.
It is very spacious and comfortable, full of books and art.
We have two decks and a verandah, which back on to a bushland setting, which is home to an interesting variety of wildlife.
It is a relaxing house, and you would never know that you are only eleven kilometres from the CBD of Brisbane.
Our Neighbourhood
We are situated in a bush setting on Mount Gravatt, with lovely bush walks and tracks on our doorstep.
We are also just twenty minutes' drive from Brisbane CBD and all the amenities that the city has to offer.
There is quick and easy access to the freeways, heading north to the Sunshine Coast (1 hour 40 minutes) and south to the Gold Coast (45 minutes).
We are also close to the major theme parks: Wet and Wild, Movieworld, Dreamworld and Seaworld.
Shopping centres are close by, and we have a fantastic sports centre, with squash courts, gym and three swimming pools, at the end of our street (within easy walking distance).
Public transport is available at the end of our street, with regular bus services going to and from the city.
