Three bedrooms (facing south and east, with lovely natural light), whereof one master bedroom and two bedrooms for children (with a mezzanine bed and two single beds).

A balcony runs along all the bedrooms.

Five bicycles (two for adults and three for children between four and eight years old).

There are many bicycle paths, directly accessible from the house, for getting quickly to the sea.

TV with digital channels; DVD player.

Collapsible swimming pool (three metres in diameter).


A cat, three goldfish and two turtles (quite a big family!), so dogs are not allowed.

No smoking inside the house.


Our Neighbourhood Beach

On the French Riviera, between Cannes and Nice (fifteen kilometres from either), and one and a half kilometre from the nearest beaches.

Seven kilometres from the airport, one kilometre from the railway station, and two hundred metres from the bus station.

There are all kinds of amenities nearby, including shops, public transport, restaurants, museums, tennis courts, swimming pools, cinemas, theatres, clinics, health centres, pharmacies, etc.

About Us

We are a family of five: two parents and three children, aged between four and seven.

We would like to exchange our home and our car during part of the summer of 2011 (from July 23rd to August 9th 2011).

More about us

We are looking for a house or apartment which is spacious enough for our needs, and not far from London, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds (the children can all sleep in the same room), and, if possible, with an outdoor space - though we are of course open to any proposal.

We are going to a wedding in Loughton the weekend of August 5th.

This is our first home exchange.
