House, set in grounds of 2,000 m2 with ping-pong table, trampoline and barbecue, located in a small hamlet, with a farm as nearest neighbour.

The house is built on three levels:

On the ground floor there is a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a living room, an entrance hall and a laundry room.

Our Neighbourhood

Eight hundred metres from a village with 2,000 inhabitants and all kinds of amenities.

Two equestrian centres, hiking trails, tennis courts.

Ten kilometres away there is the town of Falaise, where there is a historic castle which is famous for its association with William the Conqueror, and also an aquatic centre.

Twenty-two kilometres away there is the green and very attractive city of Caen, where there is much which is worth seeing: the castle and the Mémorial de Caen (a museum and war memorial) for instance, and there is also a public swimming pool and a skating rink, as well as a theatre and several cinemas.

We are forty-five kilometres from the sea and the landing beaches, and fifteen kilometres from the Swiss Normandy, where you can go canoing, quad bike riding and rock climbing.

We are also not far from Pays d'Auge, and just forty kilometres from Lisieux and its basilica.

We are a family with two children, two boys aged 22 and 13.

We love sports, exploring new horizons, and being open and welcoming to others that we like to welcome in our home.

The formula of home exchanging is perfect for us.
