Cottage In Peaceful Neighbourhood
Our Home
Our family is planning to spend part of the summer of 2011 in Sweden.
We offer a very nice, bright and sunny cottage, located in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood, with private garden/patio and all modern conveniences.
Very easy access to public transport (buses and underground), and close to the centre of the beautiful and historic city of Montreal, home of some of the best summer festivals in the world (the Jazz Festival, and the Just for Laughs Festival).
Our home is also next to a cycle track which runsÂall around Montreal, and we have bikes for kids and adults.
Our cottage is ideal for four to six persons.
We are non-smokers and have no pets.
Our Neighbourhood
Pointe-Saint-Charles is a quiet, bilingual residential area of central Montreal, ten minutes' walk from Lachine Canal Park, and very close to all the highlights of Montreal.
We are lucky to have a good playground for children in our street.
The bike path around Montreal Island is right next to us.
It is approximately ten minutes' bus ride to the picturesque and historic “Vieux-Montréalâ€, and a fifteen minute bus ride to the city centre.
There is also an outdoor mini- swimming pool in a larger park two streets away from us where children can play in water when it's hot.

About Us
We are a couple in our early forties, and a family of four:
Marion is a University Lecturer in French, and Willy is currently studying Mechanical Engineering.
Flora is 6, and Eilean is 3.
We have never houseswapped before, but we know friends who have, and we are really looking forward to finding a suitable swap during the summer of 2011 for two to three weeks.
Our neighbours are willing to help!
