Villa in residential area, 800 metres from the sea and shops. Golf course nearby.
Three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, separate toilet, dining room, separate kitchen, large dining room overlooking terrace and garden of 700 m2.
Basement with garage.
All the household equipment you may possibly need is available (washing machine, dishwasher, two TVs, microwave, cooker etc).
Use of a swimming pool, 10 x 5 m, in another villa may be possible if the exchange is non-simultaneous.
Our Neighbourhood 
The villa is surrounded by other tree-planted properties in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac.
Biarritz and Bayonne are three kilometres away.
The Basque Country is famous for its folklore, its gastronomy, its towns, its surfing and its golf.
About Us
We are two pensioners who care very much about the environment, and we are very meticulous, both with regard to our own houses and when we go on holiday.
We have travelled a lot, and we love to experience new horizons.
