Studio in Bansko, conveniently located in the much sought-after Gramadeto District, 600 metres from the main ski lift station.

The town of Bansko is located 160 km to the south of the capital Sofia.

Now competing on a par with some of the world's top ski resorts, Bansko boasts 65 km of pistes, a 26 km lift network, and Bulgaria's longest ski season, spanning five months from December to May.

Bansko, once mainly a stockbreeding and travelling merchant community, has nowadays become a centre of winter and summer tourism. The mountain peaks near the town, the numerous lakes and the old pine woods make it a popular site for recreation.


Our Neighbourhood Skiing

Over the last two or three years, the mountain resort has turned into a luxury all-year-round holiday place, thanks to the building of a golf course in Razlog, about three kilometres from Bansko.

During the rest of the year, the Pirin Nature Reserve, which is among the sites protected by UNESCO, offers exceptional hiking routes, suitable for those who enjoy ecological and rural tourism.

Thrill-seekers can find opportunities for mountain biking, dry tooling, as well as white-water rafting.

A great number of traditional taverns, some of them with a long history, and various fashionable clubs provide entertainment and an exciting nightlife atmosphere.

And Greece is not far away either!
